[] Implement brands strategy and narrative across corporate and properties Main driver of all brandsrelated development, including pre-opening and business development POP brand guidelines and Brand CI custodian Perform research on consumer needs, market trends and competitors' activity Develop brand materials based on brand architecture and DNA Consolidate overarching brand marketing activities across all properties Conduct annual brand audits Identify and develop brand partnerships across all brands Manage & monitor awards & sponsorships strategy for corporate and properties Develop trends on feedback channels to leverage and maintain external brand perception [Requirements] Min. 5 years of brand & marketing experience at a management level, with significant project management skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional peers Experience in hospitality industry is advantageous Good understanding of digital marketing principles Creative, work independently and is meticulous with an eye for details Strong branding sense with business acumen and able to express opinions on creative work Good knowledge in different aspects of digital and social media, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube Knowledge in social listening and using social media management tools (Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Khoros etc) is advantageous Experience in budgeting and business development planning Track record of exceeding commercial targets and objectives Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with ability to build strong relationships at all levels, both internally and externally We regret to inform applicants that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
