The Brand Marketing team is in charge of the branding and marketing strategies of Write Edge. We work together closely with the different departments such as the director, Customer Relations and the Curriculum team to reach our goals for the Singapore market.

Write Edge is looking for a Brand Marketing Lead with at least 3 years of relevant experience and proven managerial skills to oversee our brand marketing strategies, manage the budget, and lead our brand marketing team. Our goal is to become Singapore\'s Leading English and Writing Enrichment Specialist and we are looking for someone who can help us get there.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development and Execution:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies that align with business goals and target key audiences
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity
  • Develop and maintain brand partnerships to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth
  • Manage and allocate the brand marketing budget effectively to achieve the desired ROI
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through A/B testing, customer feedback, and data analysis.
Leadership and Team Management:
  • Set clear goals for the team, aligning them with the overall company objectives
  • Inspire, lead and manage the brand marketing team, providing guidance and support for team members to achieve targets and goals
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations to ensure team members are meeting expectations
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
  • Independently manage and take accountability for team performance, taking necessary actions to address any issues or obstacles that may arise
  • Oversee Malaysia\xe2\x80\x99s Brand Marketing Team
Marketing Channel Management:
  • Oversee and plan social media strategy and upkeep of the social media platforms including Facebook page and Instagram
  • Oversee Write Edge\'s website to ensure it is up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with brand messaging
  • Manage and optimise the performance of marketing channels, including email, social media, paid search, and display advertising
  • Support and manage projects/events through careful and meticulous execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and Open House events
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, including customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, and e-newsletters etc.
Branding Strategy and Management:
  • Provide strategic guidance and direction to the branding team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment
  • Drive brand awareness and engagement through the development and execution of segment-specific marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Identify and establish strategic brand partnerships to enhance brand visibility and drive segment growth
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of branding activities, analysing key metrics and making data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Manage and allocate the segment brand marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal utilisation and return on investment
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand alignment and cohesiveness
Skills Required:
  • Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead and manage a team
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful brand marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Creative mindset and ability to develop engaging content and collateral
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools
  • Understanding of marketing principles and techniques
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Preferred experience in Education/Enrichment industry or similar fields

Commitment Period: Full Time

Working Hours: Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm
