Role Overview:
We are seeking a Brand & Marketing Manager to lead our brand strategy and marketing initiatives. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring our brand stands out. You will coordinate with our Mandarin-speaking supplier, manage brand communications, and oversee marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead
brand development and communication strategies
to strengthen market positioning.
Manage supplier relationships and ensure smooth coordination with the Chinese suppliers.
Oversee marketing campaigns, product promotions, and brand messaging.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, procurement, operations) to maintain brand consistency and operational efficiency.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform brand strategy.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
brand management, marketing, or communications
, preferably in
biotech or heatlthcare.
Fluent in Mandarin
; able to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
Strong leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in procurement, supplier coordination, and client relationship management is an advantage.
Experience in the China market is a strong advantage.
