Job Description


The RoleAs a Marketing Manager within the Brand Marketing Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and execution of marketing initiatives for SG Hospital, a part of IHH Healthcare. Your responsibilities will span brand guardianship, leadership, key account management to hospital CEOs, and the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for the local B2C market.Key accountabilitiesBrand Guardian & Leadership

  • Lead the annual business planning process for SG Hospital\'s marketing team, focusing on strengthening positioning of Hospitals and their Centre of Excellences, and introducing new services
  • Establish IHH SG Hospital as a thought leader in health insurance literacy.
  • Utilize insights from Power BI to map customer journeys, identify pain points, and develop growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive GTM strategies and generate monthly marketing reports to track performance and align with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with in-house content & creative teams and creative agencies to ensure creative output aligns with brand guidelines and tactical objectives.
Kingmaker / Key Account Manager to CEO (by hospital)
  • Foster strong relationships with hospital CEOs and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service levels.
  • Lead monthly marketing report presentations, reviewing business performance and insights with key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects by partnering with research and analytics teams to optimize business decisions. Develop and drive Go-To-Market strategy for Local B2C Market
  • Activate annual business plans by coordinating execution meetings and tracking deliverables against KPIs.
  • Develop project plans, define internal work structures, track milestones, and manage project finances.
Qualifications & ExperienceRequirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, branding, communication, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing or agency roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for deriving insights from data to optimize business decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Power BI.
