Provide Product Information to potential buyers in a clear, accurate and concise manner.
Provide complete, accurate, and timely product movement reports and customer feedback.
Provide information on other brand's new product, saleable items, and upcoming promotions.
Maintain effective product display on shelves and inside the stockroom
Handle customer feedback, concerns and complains with effectiveness and professionalism.
Assist the assigned sales person for transactional activities in relation to product details and information.
Provide assistance to customers
Accceptance/ counts/of delivery and stocks for monitoring of display replenishment
Others duties may be assigned by WSI from time to time.
