Translate "AIoT AI+Healthcare" strategy into a unified global value narrative





Build healthcare sub-brand ecosystem: Integrate technical DNA with medical expertise to establish visual identity





Develop strategic communication assets: Brand story, strategic decoders, ecosystem mapping





Global Campaign Orchestration





Media Matrix Engineering





Build digital comms hubs (corporate site/social media/featured reports)





Commercial project planning





Orchestrate project commercialization packages & regional rollouts (HK/Singapore hubs)





Capital-Brand Synergy


IR-PR Value Amplification
