DESIGNATION : Brands and Business Development Manager - Digital Business

RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent will be responsible for driving the growth of Own Brands (OB) products (Covering all FairPrice House Brands & Private labels) for our Digital Business. He/ She will be a key member of the team liaising with our partners in Digital Business esp. on the day-to-day operational aspects.
Overall business management:

  • Bi-weekly commercial analysis & consumer trends/behaviour to develop action plans to drive business towards the sales & penetration targets.
    • Quarter reviews on sales forecast & review plans set in place to hit FY budget.
Key account & stakeholder management:
  • Work closely with OB Brand & Business Development (BBD) team to ensure synergy across the channels for brand
  • Work closely with OB Category Management (CM) team to execute promotion activation and DB Campaign participation.
  • Work closely & build a strong rapport with DB team to garner strong mindshare for OB
  • Conduct regular reviews with DB team to provide feedback on achievements, performance gaps and requirements for improvement
  • Work with DB teams to ensure OB campaign execution, DB campaign participation and ensure strong visibility for OB on DB.
  • Implementing visibility drive & promotion plans for FP online to increase sales for products
  • Analyzing category performance and implementing action plans to improve KPIs
Day to day operations:
  • Manage offsite & onsite visual assets design
  • Manage search results bidding tool to ensure strong visibility for OB brands / SKUs.
  • Enable all OB products to be listed for sale on FP Online
  • A&P management and optimization and ensure sound ROI for the investment

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Able to manage key stakeholders across different business units
  • Proven experience in sales management, brand building with product management/marketing experience
  • E-commerce experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with supermarkets/grocery chains would be a plus
  • Ability to generate actionable insights from large qualitative and quantitative data
  • Ability to formulate robust marketing strategies and campaigns for an online audience
  • Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Strategic self-starter, resilient, able to collaborate and operate across teams effectively
