Description: 1. Daily preparation and production of laminated pastries, bread and cakes 2. Handle heavy loading, mixing, packing of ingredients 3. Follow SOP/ recipes strictly for bread and cakes preparation, ensuring consistency and presentation of the final baked products 4. Pack baked goods for delivery 5. Decorate and prepare garnishes and fillings for baked goods 6. Maintain inventory and storage in an organised manner 7. Assist Head chef in conceptualising and creation of new products 8. Minimise the wastage and spoilage of ingredients 9. Manage and maintain hygiene standards
What you can expect:
1. 5 day work week, required to work on weekends & public holidays. Medical, Staff Discount benefits, other incentives available.
2. 1-2 years of experience in Viennoserie and Bread making is preferred
3. Candidates must be able to work under pressure, able to handle a large production volume, and have a good command of English (reading/writing)
4. Candidates must have a pleasant personality, be responsible and have punctuality sense.
5. Candidates must have a high level of personal hygiene and standard of cleanliness
