The Ivory is looking for a dynamic team player with a positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment to join our team as a Bridal Consultant .
Responsibilities
- Handle sales and bridal appointments - taking care of the bride\'s needs with regards to gown selection and fittings.
- Ensure a pleasant and smooth customer experience, engaging brides in follow-up matters and responding to their requests in a timely manner.
- Arrange and oversee scheduling for fittings, alterations, collections and returns.
- Min. 1 year of work experience in sales or service industry.
- Passion for fashion/bridal industry, and a keen eye for personal styling.
- Can perform well under pressure.
- Is meticulous, responsible and a team player.
- Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
