They provide bespoke services. They are actively looking for a Jewellery Concierge Assistant Manager to join their growing team. What you will be doing - Offer bespoke services to couples in order to help them find their ideal engagement/wedding ring - Place orders from Japan factory - Quality Assurance of products - Assist in the creation of a blog post about couples' stories. - Liaisingwith the Head office in Japan - Manage the team members - And otherad-hoc duties assigned to Requirement What they are looking for - At least 5 years of relevant work experience - Preferable Experience in Hospitality / Service Industry - Experience in a Bridal consultant or Hotel Concierge is highly welcome - Without prior experience but with an interest in Jewellery design are encouraged to apply! - Effective listening and customer-oriented person - Attentive to customer demands and excellent communication skills.
