IT Product Conception Lead

KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Within L'Oreal Operations, the Product Conception Domain is responsible for product and packaging specifications, processing specifications, artwork management, qualification, launch management, and sustainability. The scope also includes all expertise tools linked to product and packaging development, as well as transversal technologies like LCNC, AI, and GenAI. At the zone level, this domain also plays a key transversal role in master data management during the transition from conception to production
He/she oversees the entire life cycle of all Zone applications and Global applications delegated to Product Conception domain from concept to retirement, including ideation, framing, delivery, and operational running (in alignment with the SDM organization). He/she leads a team of project managers, ITBAs and proactively manages relationships with the internal clients of his/her Domain.

Manage and oversee the zone-wide application portfolio, drive effective usage and deployment, cooperating with dedicated teams in the IT organization related to his/her Domain, Develop IT vision/mission, roadmaps and policies including security and quality Translate the IT master plan into an operational plan for the Domain, including financial, human and material aspects Liaise with Global Domain Leader and Geo. Department Leader for alignment on the Global/Zone strategic plan and roadmap Liaise with all key business partners of the Domain + BRMs to manage the lifecycle from idea to projects and applications lifecycle Liaise with Domain Architect and Solution Expert for technical design and delivery of services Supervise all zonal and global applications delegated to his/her domain and service delivery over its entire lifecycle from concept to retirement in his/her zone of responsibility Contribute to the identification of global service catalog opportunities with the global Domain lead and Geo. Department Lead, taking into account market, benchmark, state of innovation developing IT vision/mission, roadmaps and policies including security and quality Lead service improvement process, ensuring the continuous improvement of end-to-end service Monitor and control KPIs, metrics and SLAs and oversee performance for global and zone apps related to his/her Domain Understand and manage vendor contracts (Technical, business and Legal aspects) Identify project risks and define action plans to mitigate Manage the internal/external human resources within his/her scope of responsibility with the support of local HR Contribute to the definition of the Global / Zone BUILD budget held by the Department by identifying the BUILD Budget needs for his/her domain Consolidate the Run budget assigned to his/her Domain even if the Run budget is owned by SDM
