Our Company is an On-Ground Activations and Events engaged in brand advocacy, consumer engagement and manpower deployment.MAJOR ROLE:
Ensures that all projects are delivered on time, objectives are met within profitability set by the Company without compromising quality and standards.
Oversees the project to ensure accurate implementation guided by the specific objectives, SMART metrics, itemized team/individual tasks, applicable processes and timelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides, develops and implements the full operational plan (timelines, objectives, Client and internal budget, briefing and manpower hiring) to Accounts Team via project charter for events and activations from pre-event, kick-off and post-event.
Manages and sets clear instructions to assigned Project Supervisors, Local Coordinators and Team Leaders by providing leadership, guidance and support relative to the approved operational plan of the project.
Does on-site inspection and/or back checking of operations within the first three (3) days of implementation to determine if project is within plan or if revisions are needed to ensure quality execution
Manage all required logistic demands of each project
Control budget and all financial arrangements of every Project / Events
Manage and conduct all necessary ocular inspections and negotiations for target event site
Conducts pre-production briefing
Acts as a solution-provider
Implements and manages project changes and interventions to achieve project objectives
FOR MANAGER-OF-PEOPLE: Provides coaching, guidance, and clear developmental plans for his/her direct report/s.
QUALIFICATIONS:
With a college degree, preferably in advertising, communications, media studies, business or management
Able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing
With excellent presentation skills to present ideas clearly and thoroughly
Organized and with keen attention to detail
With excellent leadership and people skills
Able to work with a wide range of personalities
Works well under pressure
Persuasive and skillful at negotiation
Capable of critical thinking and analysis
Ability to manage below the lines activations and cost estimates to clients
Ability to design and execute productions plans, schedules, agenda and program flow for both local and nationwide activations and special event productions.
Supervise go-see and applicant interviews and facilitated productions and briefings
3 - 4 years of experience working in the events management and organization industry
Enthusiastic, attentive to detail and performs to a high level of accuracy.
Has an extensive knowledge on the day-to-day operations of events management and organization
