Job Description
Our client is one of Singapore’s leading A1 construction firms which has a strong construction portfolio in building projects. They are looking for a Senior Project Manager who is experienced in overseeing construction of industrial projects.
:
- Responsible for the effective implementation and successful completion of construction for industrial projects
- Responsible for Project Management, Contract Administration, Site Preparation and Project Administration, Quality Control and Final Completion Work
- Liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities
- Manage each phase of the project from design to completion and ensure efficient use of resources and enhance cost effectiveness
- Performing risk management
- Coordinates all site works including third party vendors, ensuring works meet specification and briefs
- Responsible for successful and quality project handover to the Client
- Min Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PE board
- Possesses at least 10 years of project management experience including industrial buildings (project value >$100 million SGD)
- Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills
- Confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills in leading a team
