• Manage daily operations ie take orders, prepare and serve beverages to customers.
• Attend to walk-in customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Attend to customers\xe2\x80\x99 queries and feedback to provide positive customers\xe2\x80\x99 experiences.
• Maintain the overall cleanliness and tidiness of work areas / within the counter.
• Prepare drinks by following the prescribed recipes and preparation techniques; adhere to the operating procedures on all beverages to maintain the highest quality, consistent product standards.
• Ensure sufficient stock at all times by monitoring tea inventory levels, reporting discrepancies, restocking supplies, handling stock delivery upon arrival.
• Provide feedback/comments/constructive input to improve processes/practices.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Passionate about providing efficient and friendly service standards.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• At least 1-year relevant working experience, preferably with experience working in bubble tea store.
• Ability to adapt and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking.
• Respectful team player who works cordially with peers and others.
• Clean and hygienic in food handling.
• Possess a valid food hygiene and safety certification.
• Training will be provided.
• Able to work on public holidays and weekends.
• Singaporeans / SPR preferred.
