Job Description

• Estimate/forecast the cost of labor & materials needed for the project.
• Coordinates with different Departments such as Design, Contracts, Purchasing and Site Personnel for budget related items.
• Tracks changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusts budget projections accordingly.
• Evaluates change orders.
• Conducts site inspection as needed.

Job Qualifications

• Preferably Licensed Civil Engineer
• With at least 1 year experience as Quantity Surveyor/Cost Engineer; experience in mass housing projects is an advantage.
• Must be willing to conduct site inspection in assigned project area/s.
• Must be flexible, team player and can work in extended hours.
• Proficient in Microsoft office; Analytical; Problem solving and people management skills;
• Good coordination and communication skills (oral and written); Assertive, focused, organized and can do multi-tasking
• Process improvement-oriented and Results-driven, Possesses utmost professionalism and integrity

Work Arrangement

• Ortigas-based but with WFH arrangement from time to time
• Flexible work schedule

• 8 hour shift
