Manufacturing Engineer: Full-time Position

Company Description:
Bralco, Advanced Materials Pte Ltd, is a Singapore-based R&D, engaged in the Design & Product Development of Electromagnetic Components using Additive Manufacturing.
Roles & Responsibilities:
To operate a laser-based metal additive manufacturing (3D printing) machine, laser cutting of sheet metal, extrusion-based material jetting, post-processing of printed parts, heat treatment of metal and polymer parts, and inspection of components.
 Develop and optimize process parameters settings, part and support structure designing, machine maintenance, and process monitoring.
Develop and manage failure analysis activities.
Machine cleaning after each build job, routine checks, and carry out routine maintenance.
Powder sieving, recycling, and proper storage
Prepare Production Reports
Attend Preventive Maintenance during machine supplier’s visits.
Carry out maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment and process issues.
Job requirements:
Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or Material Science Engineering.
Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of laser machine operating experience (PBF),
 Experience in DOE (Design of Experiment), DFAM (Design for Additive Manufacturing) is highly desired.
Knowledge of machining and other post-processing knowledge
Ability to use CAD/CAM software.
Salary:
S$3000- S$3500
