Job Description

We are seeking reliable and hard-working Construction Workers to help us on various projects. The ideal candidates are team players with a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to completing projects on time and to the highest standards. Safety is our top priority.


Responsibilities:


Perform tasks involving physical labor on construction sites. Operate a variety of hand and power tools in a safe and responsible manner. Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and diagrams. Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, electricians) as needed. Load, unload, and identify building materials, machinery, and tools. Prepare and clean up construction sites (e.g., removing debris, setting up scaffolds). Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
We are looking for candidates in the following roles:


General Laborers: Willingness to learn and perform physically demanding tasks. No experience required; we provide training. Skilled Laborers: Experience in concrete work, framing, drywall, etc. Carpenters: Proficient in layout, framing, and finish carpentry.
Qualifications & Requirements:


Proven experience as a construction worker or similar role is preferred, but not mandatory for laborer positions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing conditions. Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs). Basic knowledge of construction tools and machinery is a plus. Reliable transportation to and from job sites. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
4 off days monthly, rest days depend on schedule. able to work long hours and late in evenings and weekends

Qualifications - diploma or high school diploma


Work experience- at least one year working experience in related fields
