Assigns and monitors janitorial crew of their respective area of assignment and call their attention when needed.
Inspects and evaluates the condition of the building for possible mechanical, electrical and structural problems to ensure established standards are maintained.
Coordinates or installs, inspects, repairs and maintains the electrical, plumbing, mechanical and other related systems of the building.
Coordinates or inspects, operates and maintains the air conditioning and ventilation systems of the building.
Maintains on a regular schedule all motor and other mechanical equipment.
Recommends general repairs and preventive maintenance program.
Estimates costs of materials and labor needed for repairs, maintenance and installation projects.
Submits purchase requisition for all building fixture requirements.
Records electrical consumption and implements electricity saving activities.
Coordinates with public government offices (City Hall and Bureau of Fire) for annual inspection and submit pertinent documents for compliance.
Promotes safety consciousness and conducts annual fire drill.
Assists all Managers and their staff in their telephone, electrical and other mechanical connections.
