Responsibilities

Oversee the entire process and manage all operations and administration procedures.
Ensure proper documentation control and distribution of drawings, specifications and other technical documents.
Project planning, quality control planning and risk management.
Liaise closely with sub-contractors, architects, consultants and relevant authorities to ensure the smooth execution of project.
Manage the project from design to completion and ensure efficient use of resources and enhance cost effectiveness.
Ensure full compliance and enforcement of safety standards on site,erials, to minimize wastage and rework.

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture/Building & Construction or equivalent
Preferably possess a professional qualification recognized by Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s PE Board
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
Strong leadership skills and technical competency
