Responsible for assisting Project Manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality
Responsible for assisting to manage and monitor site operation, workers and contractors
Responsible for leading and managing the installation team to ensure safe, high quality and complete-on-time delivery of organization's project and solutions
Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising at site (Technical matters)
Supervision of the siteworks on a day to day basis and issues relating to given project.
Liaise with subcontractors and ensure timely completion of all works according to quality specification and work schedule
Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done by all subcontractors
To manage, supervise and coordinate site works and workers
shift work and weekend duty is required
hands on for site works such as formwork & rebar practically
coaching and training for new workers
