• Position Title: Building Engineer/ Site Engineer (Building Maintenance)
• Working Location: Changi
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm/ Saturday 8.30am-12.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + AWS + 18 days AL + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• In Charge of Building Services, System Operation, and maintenance on-site
• Responsible for the planning and execution of corrective/preventive maintenance programs.
• Liaising with OEM / system contractor for all Building Services / Civil works.
• Improving the efficiency of the operational processes, innovating, and implementing systems improvement on energy conservation.
• To achieve effective, economic, and safe operations of all Building Services' equipment and system by the team of technical officers and technicians
• Providing feasible solutions and coordinating with owners/users, consultants, and vendors/contractors on engineering functional requirements and ensuring the objectives are achieved.
• Ensure all maintenance works are carried out according to the prescribed checklist and schedule.
• Assign technical officers to important or urgent breakdown/complaint promptly as and when it is made known to them.
• Responsible for maintenance work for all plant equipment.
• To improve the existing building system.
• Any other tasks, when required by Facilities Manager.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Technology, Property Management or Building related disciplines.
• Experience in building finishing works.
• Familiar with procedures for statutory submissions such as FSSD, M&E RI, Architectural RI, 5 Yearly Structural Inspections.
• Experience in supervision and project management of A&A works.
• Able to guide and troubleshoot Building Services / Civil faults.
• 3-5 Years of hands-on experience in Building Trade.
• Experience in Plumbing and Sanitary.
