Provide or plan support and execute comprehensive facility management programs, systems services for the buildings
As part of the team to review, administering building regulations and building maintenance activities and liaise with subtenant
Management and coordinate with subcontractor, vendor and local authorities to ensure fulfilment of contract terms, agreement, compliance to local law or regulation and company ESH policy
Prepare and submit monthly project report in defect rectification works and alternation projects
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering OR Building Servicing/ Facilities Management
Able to speak and write in Mandarin to understand Chinese documents in order to liaise with our Chinese speaking counterpart
Good learning attitude
1 to 2 years relevant experiences in running Building Maintenance or Project works is an added advantage
Electrical or Mechatronic knowledge with relevant 1 to 2 years experiences are welcome to apply
ESH/ WSH Management System is an added advantage
Proficient in AUTOCAD
