Job Description
Benefits Summary:
- Basic up to $4500 + AWS + VB
- 5 days, Office Hours

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspection of the building to ensure that it is in satisfactory and serviceable condition, follow up with rectifications or recommendation to the Management.
- Oversee the use of common amenities and facilities in the building. Liaise with public, tenants and relevant authorities on the required implementation of improvement Works.
- Develop and assist in contract administration and procurement of goods and services, manage and maintain proper records, files of correspondence, documents and materials pertaining to Building and Contractors.
- Responsible for security management, cleaning, landscape, waste management, irrigation system, lifting system, carpark system, building defects and repair and overseeing the fire & safety matters
- Attend to enquiries, feedback or complaints and follow up with relevant recommendations.
