Responsibilities:-

Perform routine daily inspections around the building to check for building defects/ Safety issues / housekeeping and propose / obtain quotations for necessary repair / maintenance works

Supervise and perform routine maintenance works and repair services when required

Implement fire safety procedures and conduct routine fire drills for the building

Job requirement:-

Minimum 3 year experience in building operations and maintenance of commercial building

Diploma or Degree in relevant studies in Property Management, Facilities Management, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
