About the Opportunity
WeWork is currently seeking a Manager to lead our Infrastructure Engineering teams in the Pacific Region, reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Infrastructure Engineering International. This role will be vital in our service delivery organization for both internal WeWork projects and Member customisation. Alongside the delivery of projects, the role will also work closely with other teams to develop a road map of capital upgrades required for the territories.
Deployment Delivery Implementations
Accountable for successful delivery of new site openings & expansions
Ensures correct strategies are followed and that requirements meet the latest technical specifications & design standards
Controls & maintains project budgets to reduce & eliminate over-spend
Continually strive for efficiencies across the organisation
Ensure all team roles, responsibilities and expected timeframes are clear for processes & procedures
Work with the organisation to develop new best practice processes for upcoming products or initiatives
Ensure team processes and documentations are maintained and seek opportunities to improve them
Accountable for effective hand-over to the Operating team, ensuring all relevant hand-over documentation is provided and centrally accessible
Identify fresh and relevant technologies and in collaboration with the regional Technology services Director, and Technology Directors from other regions to create new and exciting products, drive innovation and deliver experience to add value to the user experience.
Propose and negotiate with regional level equipment providers along with vetting and onboarding new consultants and integration contractors
Interface closely with the regional Technology Services Director to analyse and understand operational successes and failures, bringing this knowledge back to regional BOD development
Work with the regional Technology Services Director to develop the regional technology roadmap based on regional business and technical requirements. Provide input concerning technology developments, updated global standards, and CAPEX budgets into the regional investment plan for the technology roadmap.
Member Solutions
Accountable for the delivery of custom member technology related requests, complete with ensuring handover documentation is supplied and correct member fees are applied
Ensuring member change order requests are met and deliveries achieved
Driving to deliver technology services revenue and discovering new revenue streams
Identify fresh and relevant technologies and in collaboration with the regional Technology services Director, and Technology Directors from other regions to create new and exciting products, drive innovation and deliver experience to add value to the user experience.
Oversee a variety of Member Solutions projects including reviewal of legal contracts and membership agreements as needed for client stipulations
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with enterprise level members to discuss IT, AV, and Security requirements and offer sound technology solutions
Assist the Sales and Real Estate teams in the smooth running of pre-sales client calls and tours along with creating sales tools and client facing documentation outlining standard technology offerings
Coordinate and collaborate with team across disciplines to ensure delivery of projects, including schedule, budget, technical and installation oversight
Capital Improvements
Overseeing capital improvement rollouts and hardware refreshes
Leading the planning and implementation of projects
Verifying goals and scope of work remain on track
Ensuring budgets are maintained and standards are kept
Working with vendors to achieve key milestones
Develop and lead technology discipline product development initiatives at a regional level
Work with internal Building Technology design and deploy engineers, architects, MEP engineers, designers and BIM specialists as they develop schematic level handover packages to consultant design teams or design/build contractors

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Information Technology
5+ years experience working in a client facing consulting role
Preferential to have experience working with Fortune 500 companies.
Broad knowledge of low voltage infrastructure, systems networking, telecommunications, audio visual design and electronic security.
Understanding of network architecture and information security compliance
Proficiency in reading and interpreting floor plans, technical drawings and specifications
Revit and AutoCAD experience a plus
Strong project management skills for team coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and supply-chain management
Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and execute in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a strong work ethic and ownership mentality
Familiar with project management software and practices
Fluent in Korea will be an added advantage
