Building Maintenance Coordinator (Central | Temp Work for Weekends | Facilities Management) - [NST]
Our client is a global real estate services and investment management company.
Duration: Temp staff for weekend
Working hours: Weekend, Non-fixed hours, and only shared 1 week in advance
Working location: Central, Singapore
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer and oversee contracts with external service providers, ensuring they comply with contractual agreements.
- Act as a project supervisor, escorting contractor works as necessary.
- Responsible for isolating electrical breakers and maintaining up-to-date records of day-to-day work status.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client representatives regarding technical service matters, addressing concerns to maintain client satisfaction.
- Supervise and manage ad hoc service providers, ensuring their adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate, oversee, and provide assistance with minor office relocations when required.
- Relevant work experience in a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems and equipment, encompassing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Willingness and availability to work on weekends and during short-term late-night shifts.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Immediate availability to commence work.
