Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform general repair works (Electrical, plumbing, painting, fixing, etc)
- Conduct walk-through at the store by checking furniture, general fit out equipment, plumbing and drainage system, electrical, air-conditioning systems
- Carry out trouble shooting of mechanical and electrical works
- Provide Logistic and event support (shifting of table and chairs, etc)
- Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management
Requirements
- Responsible and initiative
- Possesses a can-do attitude with strong problem-solving & communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Prior office cleaning or housekeeping experience will be added advantage
- Experience in performing emergency repairs is an advantage
Other information
- Work Schedule : 5/5.5 Days (Monday – Friday/ Saturday)
- Monday to Friday : 7:00am – 4.00pm or 3:00pm – 9.00pm
- Saturday : 7:00am – 12:00pm
- Location : 70 Pasir Panjang Road
