They are actively looking to hire a Building Management Executive/ Senior Executive to join their ever-growing team. The Responsibilities: Manage a team that oversees the building's M&E systems and daily operations Supervise maintenance, repair and replacement works by the M&E team and ensure they are carried out in compliance with statutory and EHS requirements Conduct routine checks on installations, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance work on ACMV and electrical system Advise tenants on design requirements for renovation and reinstatement works and ensure works are done as per the approved requirements Oversee the M&E term contract and ad hoc procurement process, ensuring it is aligned to budget and SOPs Prepare monthly reports, maintain proper records, files of correspondence, contract agreements, documents, and materials related to building repair and term contract works Ensure tenants' feedback or requests are attended to The Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical field, or equivalent At least 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity preferably with experience in Grade A commercial building.
