General package:
- Basic (up to 4k or so, nego based on experience & qualification)
- Transport allowance (if drive): $1000
- No AWS
- On target variable bonus: 40% of annual pay which is 4.8 months, depend on individual performance and individual KPI achievement (orders, sales, margin etc)
- 5 days work week
- Annual leave: 16 - 21 days

Responsibilities:
- Promote and propose Trane Controls Solutions to building owners, consultants and contractors
- Develop long term customer relationships and maximize account penetration and customer retention
- Identify potential opportunities & develop solutions with existing & new customers
- Work closely with other department to promote package solution and enhance the win rate
- Ability to effectively writes and presents proposals.
- Negotiates value, addresses resistance and closes the sale. Differentiates & made Trane as preferred supplier.
- Ensure all works carried out in accordance with the specified quality and EHS standards
- Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent
- At least 1-3 years\' experience in selling HVAC or building automation system
- Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer driven mindset
Working Hours Monday - Friday: 8.30AM - 5.30PM
Salary From S$3,000.00 to S$4,000.00
