Job Description
- Leading Asset Management Company
- AWS + Performance Bonus
- Working in a team to provide first-level support to daily operations in security, housekeeping, landscapes, pest control, carpark operation, and building maintenance.
- Work closely with the Building Manager/Executives to provide building resolutions recommendations during the fit-out phase or when tenants escalate non-standard matters.
- Response/operate the fire alarm system in Fire Command Centre (FCC).
- Monitor CCTV, card access system, report any incidents or faults immediately.
- Attend and manage any emergencies on site.
- Min Nitec qualifications.
- Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply. (Training provided)
- Team-oriented and good interpersonal skills.
- Able to perform 12-hour shifts.
