1. Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of technical infrastructures of 2 sites - Kallang and Tuas.
2. Ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of all equipment, including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
3. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
4. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized technical services and repairs as needed.
5. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
6. Troubleshoot technical problems and provide timely resolutions to minimize disruptions to operations.
7. Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies to support maintenance activities.
8. Provide technical guidance and support to staff members as needed.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve operational efficiency.
10. Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and initiatives.
11. Prepare reports and presentations on technical operations and performance metrics for management review.12. Stakeholder managementRequirements:
1. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2. Proven experience in technical management, preferably in a similar industry and in a Smart Building.
3. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
7. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for technical operations management.8. Proficiency in operating Building Management Sy
8.
