• Supervise Maintenance and Repairs: Oversee equipment maintenance, repairs, and enhancements to ensure reliability and performance.
• Manage Schedules: Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion by technicians and vendors.
• Conduct Inspections: Perform inspections to identify and resolve system anomalies.
• Capex Planning: Plan and execute capital expenditure replacements to minimize disruptions.
• Implement Efficient Technologies: Evaluate and adopt energy and water-efficient technologies.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Service Management: Handle service requests and faults for timely resolution.
• Green Mark Compliance: Ensure compliance and work with consultants on sustainability initiatives.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and capital expenditures.
• Contract and Tender Management: Develop tender specifications, evaluate submissions, and manage vendor performance for continuous improvement.

The Talent

• Possess a Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Hold a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or people management role.
• Prior experience with real estate developers, the retail industry, or M&E contractors is preferred.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills for equipment data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Have expertise in energy and water optimization, system integration, and sustainability practices.
• Certified as a Senior/Fire Safety Manager.
• Accredited as a Green Mark Advance Professional.
