Job Description
Summary Benefits:
Basic Salary Up to $2800 AWS + VB + OT
Responsibilities:
Conduct preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance for M&E systems such as chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, generators, and other related fixtures. Perform routine inspections and promptly respond to equipment faults or user complaints via the work request platform. Supervise contractors during repair, servicing, or testing works to ensure quality and safety compliance. Carry out scheduled tests (e.g. generator test runs) and maintain accurate records, checklists, and recommendations. Support ad hoc maintenance tasks and ensure smooth facility operations within the plant and office premises.
Requirements:
NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma
in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience
in facility or building maintenance, preferably in amanufacturing or plant environment.
Basic knowledge
of M&E systems such as chillers, air compressors, cooling towers, and generators.Able to read technical drawings
