Job Description

BUILDING TECHNICIAN

  • Responsible for the daily maintenance of M&E and effective building services of the assignment
  • Attend to the service requirement of tenants/residents
  • Minimum NITEC in building Servicing or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 2 years experience in building maintenance
  • Able to perform shift work: 1st shift: 8am to 4pm and 2nd shift: 2pm to 10pm
