To perform Installations, troubleshooting, preventive & corrective maintenance work on air-Conditioning, mechanical ventilation systems and electrical systems - power & lighting, fire protection system, building management systems, plumbing & sanitary system . Attend to breakdowns, complaints/feedback, and tenant service calls on building services/facilities, perform relevant repair works and follow up with the submission of relevant service/maintenance reports to the Manager . Inspect, supervise and check on contractors and ensure that all maintenance, repair and replacement works and services undertaken by them are carried out properly and satisfactorily in accordance with the designated work scope and specifications . Hands-on and able to carry out handyman and breakdown maintenance works (e.g. electrical, sanitary, plumbing, minor repairs etc.) Requirements: .
