Job Qualification:

Holder of Diploma/Higher Certificate/ Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or with;
Minimum 3 years experience in the Building Services field
Experience in working on critical systems
With a valid driving license
Knowledge of HVAC, Fire Protection, Systems, Electrical, and Mechanical Systems, and BMS systems.
Knowledge of Occupational Safety Requirements
Good PC literacy and ability to manage daily activities using various systems
Good understanding of BMS control system operation
Formulating, assessing, and validating Risk Assessments and Method Statements
Willing to follow a 6-day work schedule, with rotating shifts depending on business needs
