THE ROLE

Responsible for the preparation, negotiation, and finalization of laytime calculations.
Preparation and finalization of statements of accounts, invoicing and follow up with external clients.
Handling of laytime claims and Key Accounts, updating internal system.
Close communication with in-house operations and commercial teams.
Close communication with business partners such as brokers, agents, shippers, sellers and receivers.
Carry out post trade contract activities and day-to-day execution of bulk physical shipments concluded by the regional and local trading team. This involves planning shipments to payment collection.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors\xe2\x80\x99 Degree from a recognized university
5 years of experience in international trading and shipping logistics with exposure to Laytime (Dry Bulk).
Self-motivated and enthusiastic with strong analytical skills
Fast learner and be able to work under pressure
Ability to act with integrity when dealing with confidential matters
Ability to negotiate with our business partners
Team player with strong work ethics and excellent communication & organizational skills
