1. Developing and maintaining an effective preventive maintenance program to maximize the lifespan of the bus fleet
2. Coordinating bus assignments and reservations, usage and maintenance requests
3. Manage inventory levels of spare parts and equipment used for fleet
4. Monitoring and tracking buses to ensure adequate supply levels using our company\xe2\x80\x99s Scheduler and YTMS platform
5. Managing Driver schedules and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
6. Communication with drivers to ensure they are aware of their dispatch schedules and responsibilities
7. Work with and coordinate with approved workshops to coordinate bus maintenance repairs
8. Keep detailed records of vehicle maintenance and repairs, fuel/electric consumption and other requested metrics
9. Performing periodic vehicle inspections to ensure they are in good working order, comply with all prevailing regulations to meet SLA
10. Coordinate with Management to develop and implement policies and procedures relate to optimal fleet management
11. Monitoring and analyzing fleet data to identify opportunities for improvement
12. Work with Management on ESG to onboard electric buses, provide data management and monitoring for sustainability reporting
13. Preparing reports related to fleet operations and presenting them to management
14. Any other duties as assigned by the Management
Requirement
Diploma or Bachelors degree in relevant fields preferred.
Experience in fleet coordination, logistics, or a related field preferred.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management software.
Valid drivers license and a clean driving record will be a bonus
