Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Logistic & Supply Chain Management.
Strong understanding in current IT trends.
Good business acumen and understanding about the concept of profit and loss.
Prior experience in SAP HANA, ORACLE ERP, data visualisation tool in MS Power BI, Tableau.
Prior experience in building systems\' project management is an advantage.
Willingness to travel to ASEAN region China/ Japan.
Job Summary:
The department is managing E2E supply-chain for the elevator/escalator business in Singapore, ASEAN region, India and Middle East markets. We are looking for a staff that is motivated and eager to learn about the vertical transportation industry in Singapore and our export markets. The brand has been selected as elevator providers for HDB and there is current 630 units in our order pipeline. Our product offering is manufactured and shipped from wholly owned factories in China, Japan and Thailand. Our country assignment is rotated periodically so potential candidates will have the chance to work with subsidiaries or distributors in 11 countries.
Responsibilities:
Plan, monitor, and report monthly delivery schedule based on your assigned country.
Plan, monitor and work closely with members of Sales and Engineering Departments to secure project specification and approved engineering drawings submission with clients.
Co-ordinate, monitor and follow-up with related department on project delivery parts delivery and slay shortage.
Provide inputs to Design schedule and participate in Design department meetings.
Plan and monitor CKD parts delivery or local inventory store-outs.
Participate in the compliance to ISO 9001-2015 Quality Standards and ISO 14000 Environmental Management Standards.
