Job Responsibilities: Manag Business Administrator (North/3.5k/5 days) Our Client, Manufacturing industry, has an opportunity for a dynamic individual to join the team as a Business Administrator. Job Responsibilities: Managing the machine orders from the Regional Trading Centres (RTC) Export data maintenance Create order confirmations for all orders in PLIC Singapore Create change notes in orders Create tax invoices Generate pick and packing list report for shipment to ATM Cost recovery for freight, packing and storage costs Credit notes to ATM for Goods returned and variance Job Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience with order management in supply chain Understands fundamental supply chain/logistics processes Has handled processes in a supply chain/logistics environment Self-motivated and independent Able to adapt to the changes in ramp up/ramp down volume Pays attention to details and ability to change at short notices Able to work and communicate well with both colleagues within the workplace and with external parties (e.g. Regional trading centres, forwarders, suppliers, etc.) Knowledge in SAP and Microsoft Excel Other Information: Location: North Basic up to S$3.5k Singaporean Only Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click on 'Apply Now'.
