-5 days office hour role
-1 year contract, renewable with completion bonus and variable bonus
Role:
The Business Administrator is responsible for processing and managing the sales order from the Regional Trading Centres (RTC) for factory. He/She will ensure deliveries are fulfilled in accordance to the processes and performance indicators.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing the machine orders from the Regional Trading Centres (RTC)
- Export data maintenance
- Create order confirmations for all orders in PLIC Singapore
- Create change notes in orders
- Create tax invoices
- Generate pick and packing list report for shipment to ATM
- Cost recovery for freight, packing and storage costs
- Credit notes to ATM for Goods returned and variance
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience with order management in supply chain
- Understands fundamental supply chain/logistics processes
- Has handled processes in a supply chain/logistics environment
- Self-motivated and independent
- Able to adapt to the changes in ramp up/ramp down volume
- Pays attention to details and ability to change at short notices
- Able to work and communicate well with both colleagues within the workplace and with external parties (e.g. Regional trading centres, forwarders, suppliers, etc.)
- Knowledge in SAP and Microsoft Excel
