Collaboration Strategy & Planning is a team of passionate, creative, and results oriented individuals responsible for business planning, field enablement, strategy execution and overall sales operations. We drive initiatives from conception to execution, cultivate alignment across Theaters, Architectures, Domains and Functions. We seek excellence, consistency and simplicity in management practices with the goal of acceleration Cisco\'s growth. You will work with WW Sales, APJC Sales, Operations, and IT as well as create close partnerships with other operations outside of our immediate organization.

What You\'ll Do:

• \xc2\xb7 Represent APJC Collaboration in across the organization including WW, APJC, and Operations
• \xc2\xb7 Assist and drive operational excellence across the business by supporting the business planning and review process.
• \xc2\xb7 Support APJC Collaboration sales organization by giving sellers more time to sell
• \xc2\xb7 Create, analyze and derive insight from internal and external data sources
• \xc2\xb7 Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• \xc2\xb7 Create and/or participate in change management programs
• \xc2\xb7 Focus on efficiency and simplicity in implementing processes and systems
• \xc2\xb7 Become a trust advisor for the leadership team, supporting critical business decision - making with validated fact-based analysis

Who You Are

Your role is people, data and communications intensive; it requires excellent leadership, critical thinking, independence, organizational, data analysis and communications skills.

• \xc2\xb7 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• \xc2\xb7 Can-do approach to a dynamic environment
• \xc2\xb7 Strong data analysis, project execution background
• \xc2\xb7 Experience leading and interacting with multiple cross-functional teams
• \xc2\xb7 High degree of efficiency with Excel, Power Point, with experience in Salesforce and Tableau preferred
• \xc2\xb7 Experience with Cisco\'s tools, systems, and processes
• \xc2\xb7 Strong communications & presentation skills with the ability to develop & present data driven business proposals
• \xc2\xb7 Experience supporting projects, including driving requirement gathering and supporting change management and adoption and an ability to identify process & systems improvements
