Responsibilities:
1. Provide precise and timely data analysis support for departmental business demand requests such as new product R&D, marketing campaign design, customer service improvement, system issue resolution, internal control, internal&external audit, performance reporting, regulatory data reporting and management decision; 2. Prepare different types of business reports and regulatory reports. Ensure the data presented are in accuracy and good format. 3. Monitor transaction record and IFRS9 provision account; 4. Participate in any project involved in data presentation and report drafting. Assist to draft request of demand, provide necessary data logic or business policies and perform product UAT test & production verification; 5. Other adhoc tasks.
Requirements:
- A Diploma or above in related fields;
- At least 3 years of business analysis/banking/credit card product experience
- Good analysis and communication skills. Proficiency in SQL and other database languages
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese with strong written skills so as to communicate with Chinese-speaking counterpart at Head Office
