A Business Analyst (12 months, extendable) job has just become available at one of the global banks in Singapore.

About the Business Analyst (12 months, extendable) Role:
The incumbent will be working on challenging projects and collaboratively building successful products for customers, while working on the latest technologies and practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users to define and refine requirements
• Analyse and document current business processes, offering solutions aligned with future business needs
• Design solutions and create functional specifications with technical IT experts
• Conduct thorough testing of developed applications and address any issues promptly
• Ensure timely delivery of fully tested and high-quality products, while maintaining up-to-date documentation, providing end-user training, and offering support for application troubleshooting

To succeed in this role as a Business Analyst (12 months, extendable), you need to carry out responsibilities while maintaining frequent communication with global project teams, and develop and sustain a strong comprehension of both IT systems and business processes.

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in corporate and investment banking, including knowledge of various financial products such as Syndications, Participations, and Commercial Loans
• Experience in the complete IT system development life cycle, covering design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support
• Familiarity with Agile development methodology and hands-on experience with BDD framework and UML
• Ability to work with SQL database queries and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset
• Proficient in project management, effective teamwork, and exceptional communication skills in English
