Due to business expansion, we are actively recruiting for a Business Analyst who will be a key business partner for APAC entities.The RoleReporting to the CFO APAC and working in a team, you will be responsible for business partnering and driving performance & results with internal stakeholders, management reporting, financial analysis, regional consolidation, project controlling, annual budgeting and planning process. Other key responsibilities include preparing presentations & monthly/quarterly financial reports, providing proactive, in-depth analysis & identify risks as well as opportunities for projects on key financial items and monitoring project activities, progress achieved, estimated results, revenue/cost recognition & provide data to support operational decision making to team leads. Establish good knowledge of the business, variance analysis, P&L & Balance sheet KPIs including cashflow management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline business & finance processes & improve efficiencies through better utilization of automated systems. Provide support when needed for M&A activities as well as audit and tax.Your ProfileTo qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy with minimum 5 years of relevant experience ideally in an international MNC within media, advertising or services industry. It is essential to have strong knowledge in business analysis, regional FP&A consolidation as well as advance MS Excel skills and competency in Power BI.
