Responsibilities

1. Stakeholder Relationship Management
Act as a trusted advisor for business initiatives requiring technology or operational enablement.
Support leadership in prioritizing business requests and providing data-driven insights.
Assist in project pipeline planning and quarterly prioritization activities.
Build strong relationships with business, technology, and operations teams to drive effective change.

2. High-Level Solutioning
Develop high-level solution designs aligned with business outcomes and enterprise architecture standards.
Collaborate with users and technology teams to define and analyze detailed requirements.
Design end-to-end solutions addressing process, system, and operational needs.
Support implementation planning and ensure business readiness for new systems and workflows.

3. Change Implementation Planning & Management
Evaluate new initiatives, considering scalability, maintainability, cost, and risk.
Work closely with cross-functional teams for solution delivery.
Review and support test strategy and UAT planning, ensuring smooth business transition.
Identify and mitigate project risks effectively.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of
Banking Risk Management
,
PDPA
, and
Client Tax (CRS)
reporting (preferred).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate insights into business solutions.
Hands-on expertise in
Excel (macros, data analysis)
and quick dashboard mock-ups.
Independent, resourceful team player with strong ownership and delivery focus.
Good understanding of
banking technology and operational processes

Familiar with
