The Opportunity

• This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the leading banks.
• It is an opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team
• This will start off as a 12 months contract
• Office Location: MBFC

The Job

• Engage business users to define and document system requirements for new products, services or features for existing or new technology systems for Card payments and Unsecured Loans.
• Help to liaise with Technology partners on solution, delivery timeline and User Acceptance Test (UAT) environment readiness.
• Create UAT test plan and data, and to perform end-to-end user acceptance testing.
• Manage UAT progress, and issues with timely resolution and to update business team and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Technology partners on system implementation and arrange with business team and stakeholders for live verification

The Talent

• Diploma/Degree in Business/Finance/IT or other related disciplines
• Fresh grads are welcome to apply
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills
• Experience in Excel, JIRA, Confluence is highly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Independently driven with ability to work well in large teams and provide deliveries with minimal supervision
