Should possess strong focus on gathering core requirements, beyond stated requirements and correctly places these within a broader context. Ensure that every new solution implemented respects standards and allow for Mutualization / reuse as much as possible between sites. Ensure all requirements are approached from a global perspective for all sites. Specific solution should only be considered to address regulatory, tax or accounting specific requirements. Leadership Skills Lead the elaboration of a functional solution with business stakeholders and concerned IT teams. Lead, with the support of technical teams, the definition of the solutions and the implementation roadmap. Lead and ensure the definition of use cases for Integration test with testing team and for user acceptance test with end user. Lead as a liaison between Business users, Operations and IT team for all business requirements. Lead Defect Management related actives. Qualifications and Profile The position requires a minimum of 11+ years of relevant Cash Management and corporate Payments business analysis experience of full cycle implementation of Cash Management product offers, preferably Singapore/India/China/Hongkong. Functional Good functional knowledge on Domestic & International Payments with strong capability to provide in house Solutioning via business Configuration. Hands on experience on payment systems and exposure to Payments Hub, Clearing and Settlement, Automated clearing house programs and channels. Extensive knowledge on various kinds of payment products such as TT, RTGS, LVP, Payroll, Cheque, DD, Cashier Order, Mass & Bulk payments Expertise in SWIFT interfacing Proficient in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Functional & System Integration testing of banking and financial applications Experience in following areas is a plus: Retail Banking, Wholesale & Corporate Banking, Corporate commercial Payments, International & Domestic Payments, Payment Hub/Factory, ACH, Real Time Payments, Cash & Liquidity Management, Compliance/AML, FX, Messaging (Swift and ISO) & Trade Finance Other Professional Skills, qualifications and Mindset Work on complex systems and a challenging international work environment Knowledge of all phases of IT system development and implementation life cycle Highly analytic and detail oriented in approach with Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience converting highly complex information into clear, concise documentation.
