Job Description
Job Title: Business Analyst
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri (830am-600pm)
- Working Location: Jurong West
- Opportunities to manage projects in end-user environment!
- Salary up to $6500 (basic)
This role supports the implementation of the application systems by coordinating between business teams, IT teams, and system vendors.Key Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements from business teams for system or technology.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new system modules.
- Monitor system implementation and UAT status.
- Train and guide business users on technology and system use.
- Handle system-related requests post go-live.
- Collaborate with system vendors and IT teams to resolve operational issues.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for system status and support requests.
- Document standard operating procedures for systems and business processes.
- Maintain user administration and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Generate system and operational reports for management reporting and data analysis.
- Proven experiences (at least 4 years) in business analysis, system analysis or any related experiences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, motivated, and able to work well under pressure.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and BI tools (Tableau/Qliksense/Power BI) is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Query, PowerPoint).
