• Lead and manage multiple delivery plans across the clients\xe2\x80\x99 global digital systems program, including project management, risk & issue management, communication, and change management
• Lead and drive business requirements analysis, delivery plan on business solutions and processes, considering risk management and cost-benefit analyses
• Lead vendor during delivery process and closely work with service delivery manager on production issue troubleshooting.
• Ensure on time and on budget delivery of projects while also ensuring that project gates and governance are properly adhered to during the execution of the project

Skills and Experience:

• Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in technology implementation or consulting
• Professional / technology certification is desirable
• Strong business analysis experience, project, and process management
• In depth understanding of retail operations and eCommerce systems
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Fluency in English language and Mandarin is required as the candidate needs to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.
